April Yellow / Buffalo 2000 TC Project in PA

Hiding in the depths of Facebook's Marketplace, a rather unusual survivor!

Facebook Marketplace is annoying to search, especially outside your own area. However, changing your location can have surprising results and within the classic car business it's not unheard of that people acquire cars who aren't exactly within a 100 miles! Great for second-hand furniture, less so for reaching a wider audience. Anyhow, this particular car listed in Pennsylvania features an April Yellow bodywork with a Buffalo interior - a most rare and intriguing color combination which was only available for two model years. Showing 50.000 miles, the seller describes it as a solid car with minimal surface rust on the sills and in need of a thorough cleaning and fluids. A great winter project with enormous potential! We can send the link to the Facebook listing in an e-mail, just inquire. Meanwhile, the pictures will make do!

Thanks for your interest in Federal Rovers. For more information, feel free to get in touch and I will get back to you soon! Please contact us with cars you'd like to see featured on the website, or anything you might have that is of interest to the Rover brand and its history.

Previously, we kept a public record of chassis numbers online - we are shying away from that for privacy concerns. We do encourage everyone to register their car, and if the car comes on the market people who are interested can ask us for information. Over years, it keeps cars in sight.

We are also happy to provide reference material for your restoration, advice or tips.
